1. What are your peptides intended for?
All products offered by Cybergen Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory and educational research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption, medical use, or diagnostic purposes. Our materials are supplied solely for in-vitro (“in glass”) research environments.
2. Are your peptides FDA-approved?
No. Our products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). They are not drugs, supplements, or medicines, and cannot be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease.
3. Do you sell to the general public?
We sell exclusively to qualified individuals, institutions, and organizations conducting legitimate laboratory research. By purchasing, you confirm that you understand and comply with all applicable research-use regulations.
4. What purity levels do your peptides have?
Each peptide batch is tested for ≥ 99% purity using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and mass spectrometry. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for every batch upon request.
5. How are your products tested?
All products undergo in-house analytical testing and third-party validation to ensure quality, identity, and consistency. We use advanced HPLC and MS techniques to confirm molecular structure and purity.
6. How fast do you ship?
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Tracking information is provided once your order leaves our facility.
7. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Cybergen US Peptides ships within the United States. International orders may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to customs and import restrictions.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards. All transactions are encrypted and secure. (Credit cards are currently unavailable and checkout is via Zelle.)
9. What is your refund or return policy?
Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of research materials, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support@cybergenUSpeptides.net within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
10. How should I store peptides once received?
Storage recommendations vary by product, but most peptides should be kept in a cool, dry environment. Once reconstituted, they should be stored under refrigerated or frozen conditions for optimal stability. Refer to product documentation for details.
11. Can I use your products for personal or medical use?
Absolutely not. All products are for research use only and not approved for human or animal consumption. Any use outside a controlled laboratory setting is strictly prohibited and violates U.S. law.

13. Where can I find documentation or COAs?
Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and batch documentation can be provided upon request. Please include your order number and product code when contacting our support team.
14. Where do orders ship from?
Every order is packed and shipped from our U.S. warehouse. Domestic orders usually leave our facility within 1 business day (Mon–Fri) and ship via USPS or UPS with tracking. At this time, we ship within the United States only (no international shipping). Discreet, research-grade packaging is standard.
